These terms apply to CertiFi Hub, operated by CertiFi FZ LLC (certififz.com).

Your account

Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

Courses and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe when you buy. Access is personal and non-transferable. Refunds: [to be confirmed by CertiFi].

Exams and certificates

You must complete the lessons yourself and take exams without help from others. Certificates show the name you confirm; it must be your real name. CertiFi may revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct or issued in error. Certificates are CertiFi micro-credentials, not academic degrees or professional licences.

Course materials are for your own learning. Don't copy, share or resell them. Course content is general education, not professional advice for your situation.

Career network

Being visible to partners is optional. CertiFi does not guarantee jobs or internships and is not party to any arrangement between you and a partner.

Liability and law

To the extent allowed by law, CertiFi's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
