CertiFi Partner Terms

These terms apply to companies, schools and internship providers approved by CertiFi FZ LLC to use the CertiFi Hub partner area.

Use of learner data

Use learner information only to offer genuine jobs, internships or study-related support, and only for your own organisation.
Do not copy, export, sell or share learner profiles. Do not contact learners outside the Hub unless they accepted your contact request or applied to you.
Keep data you receive secure, delete it when no longer needed, and honour a learner's withdrawal of access.
Every profile view is logged and shown to the learner.

Only invite colleagues who need access. You are responsible for their use of the Hub. Remove them when they leave.

Post only real, lawful opportunities that comply with UAE labour law. No fees may be charged to learners.

Confirm only learners who studied with you. Aggregated statistics are for your own reporting.

CertiFi may suspend or end partner access at any time, for example after misuse of data or a complaint.
